OSUN Zipper (Yiwu) Co., Ltd. is an ISO9001-certified overseas funded enterprise which covers an area of 20,000 square meters. We have adopted an ERP system that uses international standards to guide our production management ensuring us high-efficiency production and reduced operating costs. 



With four production departments including such workshops as a raw material mesh belt workshop, dyeing workshop, zipper chain productive workshop and PP mesh belt workshop, we are able to effectively coordinate our production. Furthermore, we own advanced zipper and mesh belt manufacturing equipment, and have applied modern inspection techniques utilizing such equipment as the zipper power tester, needle checker, color tester, as well as a standard color matching instrument. We also have plastic front and back code and inserter equipment, effectively eliminating the problems of traditional zipper paint stripping and rusting. 



Strictly adhering to national standards, we specialize in the production of various nylon, metal and resin zippers, in particular, the complex and unique injection mould zipper, the No.3 and No.4 open zipper, and the double-pull and open zipper.
